Incomplete Grade Arrangement

While this form isn't required, it can allow an instructor who is allowing a student to take an "Incomplete" grade for their class to lay out the remaining requirements for that student in detail in a written record.

This web form submits directly to Zac, who will email the text of the arrangement (reformatted for readability) to the instructor and the student in the same email and keep a copy for the department.

This arrangement is flexible at the discretion of the Instructor of Record for the class in question, and serves as a record of requirements for student actions in order to resolve the “Incomplete” grade.
