Schedule Change Form

Use the Schedule Change Form to request permission for any of the following:

  • Add a class after the deadline to enroll online (usually the end of the first week of classes each semester)
    • Signature of the instructor of the course you'd like to add is required
  • Swap two classes after the deadline to enroll online
    • Signature of the instructor of the course you'd like to add is required
  • Enroll in classes whose meeting times conflict
    • The signature of the instructor of each course involved in the conflict is required
  • Change from one section of a class to another section of the same class
    • The signature of the instructor of the section you'd like to add is required
  • Change the number of credit hours in which you're enrolled in a variable-credit course
    • Signature of the instructor of the variable-credit course is required
  • Enrollment above the maximum number of credit hours allowed in a semester
    • Maximum of 19 credit hours in a fall or spring semester for Architecture & Design undergraduate and graduate students (spring enrollment includes winter courses)
    • Maximum of 14 credit hours for undergraduate and non-degree-seeking graduate Architecture & Design students in a summer semester
    • Maximum of 15 credit hours for degree-seeking graduate Architecture & Design students in a summer semester
    • Signature of the instructor(s) of the class(es) you'd like to add and approval from Zac Shields, advisor for Design students in Marvin Hall 200, are required

You'll need your student ID when you submit this form to the Registrar's Office in Strong Hall room 121!

Please do not use this form for initial enrollment in a semester/term, or for withdrawing from all your classes in a semester/term.
